spending their holidays with all of those comforts that only a luxurious
villa can offer.
Outdoors is comprised of a beautifully maintained garden of about 1/2
acre.

lounge chairs and cushions in abbundance. The porch is well furnished complete
with BBQ and dining area with everything necessary to relax and admire
the beautiful surrounding panorama. |

Two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms are located on this floor.
Guests can enjoy amazing views of Orvieto lit up at night. |

you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite bath and walk-in closet and
one more guest bedroom with bath. All bedrooms are very bright and
